I’m a happily married mum of three, and a complete romantic at heart. But cake was not the start of my journey. I spent 10 years as a hair stylist/manager, this period of my life saw me taking part in many competitions and working with photographers on shoots for magazines like Hair Flair, I also studied photography for a short while, which gave me a good eye for aesthetics and has helped me to develop my art skills as a cake designer.
